I found this new song today that keeps saying, 'Cuz together we're so good' and it's pretty catchy. Thing is, I have no idea who sings it. It's by Unknown. Keke.

Anyway. I had a meeting with a counselor today. Well, he's actually a professor. I don't meet with the peer counselors because I think they're all dingbats. I dunno why. I'm just too cool for them. I've started thinking about changing my specialization (from my major) to a different one. Right now I'm Equine Science but I'd had a few people asking me what I plan on doing with a spec like that (lol, spec. Shadowstep like waddup 8D- beats the pants off you mutilate rogues). Er, I digress. My dad mentioned that I should switch to Laboratory Animals because then I could actually use that spec to land a job in the Biotech industry. At first i didn't even want to consider it because I couldn't see myself testing animals as a lifetime career - knowing me I'd pilfer the sorry little mice home and start a mad colony and take over the world.

BUT - my dearest, my best friend, my love, told me that I had the completely wrong idea about laboratory animal processes. He likes telling me I'm wrong. Not blatantly. Well, sometimes he does. But we're cool like that. I like telling him he's wrong too because I'm always right. Though, I digress once again...

Getting to the point, I want to see what kind of careers are offered in the Biotech industry. I don't really fancy sciency crap but I'm pretty good at writing/recording reports and making data into a coherent bundle work. Sure I could do some analysis too. But who knows?

I just spent about 2 hrs studying for my chem exam on Thursday. And the time actually went by pretty fast because I was looking over Equilibrium stuff. Equilibrium stuff is actually...dare I say...kind of FUN. Don't get me wrong - I still loathe Chemistry. I've a strong passion of hatred for Chem. But I sure do like doing Equilibrium problems. I'm also good at guessing. Equi stuff has a lot to do with assumptions (small k approx.) and predicting crap. I'm good at guessing.

Onto another subject. I have all my classes picked out for next quarter. I'm goin at it full force again with: Systemic Physiology, Organic Chemistry, Animal Sci Intro II, Computer Technology in Plant Sciences. Super fun times ahead, eh?

Anyway. It's past midnight and I should study for my Equine class. I've a feeling there's going to be a pop quiz tomorrow. More studying I go!
